Born in Gainesville, GA Tena has always had a passion for helping people in the community. After graduating from UGA she earned a Masters in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. Before coming to work for Soto ALG she served as a Social Worker for the State of Georgia for 3 years. Tena is a member of the Washington Rotary Club and Director of God's Marketplace. Tena and her husband Jeff reside in Washington, GA with their two children Elizabeth and Braxton.

Born and raised in Miami, FL Aliana is passionate about helping individuals maximize their potential and designing services around the individual. She graduated from The Johns Hopkins University and has a Masters in Psychology. Aliana began her career at Soto ALG in June 2007, serving as Residential Director before becoming Day Service Director in August 2011. Aliana and her husband Philip reside in Grovetown, GA with their twin daughters Layla and Breanna.

Born in Miami, FL Allan is a strong supporter of innovation and maintaining a positive attitude. After graduating from The Johns Hopkins University with a degree in Pre-Med and Economics, Allan founded Soto ALG in 2006 in order to achieve his dream of having a business that betters the lives of those it serves. Allan is president of the Washington Rotary Club and has served as president of the Washington-Wilkes Chamber of Commerce. Allan currently resides in Washington, GA.

Originally from Cuba, Pete immigrated to the US at the age of 4. After graduating medical school he moved to Augusta, GA and completed his Residency in Psychiatry at MCG. Pete then worked at Serenity Behavioral Health Services for 8 years, serving in multiple leadership positions. Pete brings his knowledge and experience to Soto ALG, providing insight on managing difficult behaviors. Pete and his wife Astrid reside in Martinez, GA they have 5 daughters and 6 grandchildren.

However, there are a countless number of workers, volunteers, and supporters who aid in bettering the lives of the individuals Soto ALG serves. Their contributions do not go unnoticed and their efforts are reflected in the lives of the individuals they serve.
